Your contact form data is received directly into our secure email inbox, Specific data are exported to excel sheet for ease of follow up as we address the request with you. We may in future store contact data in a CRM platform. If and when we do we will update this policy and notify you accordingly.
How Long We Keep Your Data
If you leave a contact form enquir data / comment, the data/comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (not available at the moment), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
When you become a client, in which case we retain relevant data for the duration of our relationship and for 6 years thereafter in line with UK legal requirements.
Google Analytics data is retained for 26 months by default. You can adjust this in your browser settings or via the Google Analytics opt-out tool.
